The Park At Arlington Ridge

I lived in The Park for 2 years and it was the absolute best apartment I’ve lived in since coming to the US. My leasing agent is Josephine, she is phenomenal! She was a great help since the day I stepped foot in the leasing office and was helpful and supportive until the day I moved out (moving to a different city for school). Honestly, everybody I met at the Park was friendly, smiling, helpful and professional. I never had any issues that weren’t resolved in the same day. Their maintenance team is amazing! My requests were usually addressed the next business day and emergency requests don’t take more than an hour until they’re knocking on my door! The area itself is so beautiful and the location is close to almost everything! Giant & Starbucks within 5-10 mins walking distance, Costco, Target and the fashion center are 5-10 mins driving. The apartment I rented was a terrace 2 bedroom and it was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and designed with lots of closet space and storage throughout the apartment. I loved that all buildings are 11-12 apartments each which made me feel very safe and get to know my neighbors well. All in all, it’s a beautiful place and if I ever come back to Arlington, I’m definitely going back to The Park🤍

Ever since I decided to move to The Park, Josephine was very nice and helpful, she answered all my questions and accompanied me through the process. Now It's been a week since I moved into my new place and Josephine has been very attentive and making sure I'm settling in well into my apartment. I love the welcoming sense I got from her since I met her and also I visited her at the leasing office and she makes me feel like I belong here. She is very nice, She answered all my questions and it's always there if I need something. I definitely recommend The Park and Josephine if you need someone caring and giving. I love the Community!

We lived here for three years and loved it! The location is great. We just moved out and the process of moving out and charges associated we’re really transparent. The management and staff at the concierge were so kind and always took care of any requests. Mike was especially helpful when we got locked out of our apartment once! Thank you for the past three years here!

If you meet Josephine, consider yourself taken care of! I only came in to inquire about the apartment as I’ve been looking around the area & Josephine assisted me every step of the way. She’s not your typical leasing manager! She makes sure that all your questions are answered & that you feel comfortable. You don’t feel pressure at all or whatsoever. I’ve been moving around for a while now but my experience here made it great because of her! I am now moved in & the prices are very affordable. Josephine will tell you straight up and considers any of your concerns or requirements. Now that I’ve moved in, she still takes well good care of me & ensures I feel good in my apartment. I’ve had a few hiccups bc of the cleaning situation when I moved in but she took care of that right away! Highly recommend to get your rental marbles sorted off by her. She’s the best!

Josephine Azmitia is / was so incredible and helpful. From the initial calls, to multiple tours, to explaining leasing documents, to the inspection and giving of keys she was been invaluable and has constantly gone above and beyond to help us. Not only was she so incomparably kind, warm, and thoughtful, but also so informative, patient, communicative, and happily answered any and all questions and concerns we had. Not only did she help us find our home, but also made us FEEL at home. Her service and impact goes far beyond being welcoming, knowledgeable, dedicated, and responsive. Even walking down the sidewalk she treats each and every person with such care, respect, and enthusiasm and it is no wonder that she is obviously and very vocally beloved by both tenant and staff alike. From the moment I had my virtual tour to the seamless move-in process, every step of the way was marked by professionalism and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction. The photos on the website were a very accurate depiction of the community and the unit was even more gorgeous and spacious in person. The amenities offered are wonderful and contribute to making this community such an ideal place to call home. From my first inquiry to the final paperwork, the leasing process was a breeze, thanks to her expertise and dedication. Lidiya took the time to understand my roommates and I's needs and preferences, ensuring that the apartment we selected was a perfect fit for us. Her knowledge of the property and the surrounding area was impressive, making us feel confident in our decision to choose this as our home; especially without having ever toured in person, just virtually. Additionally, her communication throughout the entire process was exemplary. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. She made sure I was well-informed about every aspect of the lease agreement and went above and beyond to accommodate my specific very quick move-in timeline. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, making the transition into my new home seamless and stress-free. In conclusion, The Park at Arlington Ridge not only provides an exceptional living space but also a team of leasing professionals who are truly dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for their residents.
